Biography

Professor Flackett passed away on November 9, 2024. He retired from active teaching duties in the Spring of 2001. His previous teaching subjects included Torts, Criminal Law, Mental Health Law, and Law, Values and Professional Identity. He also served as the director of international programs at 麻豆社区 College Law School from 1991-2000.
