Jane Flanagan, Ph.D., RN, AHN/ANP-BC, FNAP, FNI, FAAN,Ìýis a professor at the Connell School of Âé¶¹ÉçÇø and a nurse scientist at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Yvonne Munn Center for Âé¶¹ÉçÇø Research. She holds appointments as a member of the Board of Directors at the Sherrill House in Âé¶¹ÉçÇø and as a volunteer faculty in the School of Âé¶¹ÉçÇø at the Health Science Center at the University of Tennessee Memphis.

Dr. Flanagan is the editor of theÌýInternational Journal of Âé¶¹ÉçÇø KnowledgeÌýand serves on the editorial board for theÌýInternational Journal for Human Caring and Frontiers in Dementia. She is an appointed fellow in NANDA-I, the National Academy of Practice, and the American Academy of Âé¶¹ÉçÇø. Dr. Flanagan’s work is focused on social engagement and other healthy lifestyle interventions for caregivers and older adults with chronic health conditions.
